a new project
Today I started a new art project. I am creating a representation of the Jurassic Park fractal, out of strips of paper 6 in. x .7 in (1.75 cm) in dimension, which I am folding four times to create the "real" fourth iteration.
So far I have combined four such strips to create the sixth iteration. It looks like a little backwards pastel version of this and it is on my bedroom wall.
Next I plan to invite any intrepid visitors to my home to fold such a strip of paper four times and add their creations to the fractal. Although I wanted to invite random strangers to do the same, it occured to me that I'd best not post my mailing address on the net. So until I incorporate and get a P.O. Box, I'll just try and post a photo now and then.
